The company's active workforce, i.e., employees other than those who are sent on secondment, laid off or on unpaid leave, amounted to 209 as of 31 December 2018, against 222 in 2017.
SOTULUB's management is increasingly seeking to upgrade its mentoring staff in accordance with a succession plan that includes all skills required over the next five years. The mentoring rate for the active workforce was 17% in 2018, as compared to 14% in 2017.
